Aangezien een inwerkingtredingsbepaling in dit besluit ontbreekt, is zij krachtens artikel 145 Wet openbare lichamen Bonaire, Sint Eustatius en Saba, in werking getreden met ingang van de achtste dag na die van afkondiging.

Aangezien onbekend is wanneer deze regeling is afgekondigd, is er vanuit gegaan dat de afkondiging op de dag van vaststelling van de regeling heeft plaatsgevonden zoals dat gebruikelijk is op Saba. Er is daarom voor gekozen om de datum van inwerkingtreding gelijk te stellen met de achtste dag na die van vaststelling.

Decision of May 4, 2012

THE EXECUTIVE COUNCIL OF THE PUBLIC ENTITY SABA

CONSIDERING:

The Island Ordinance (AB 2004, Nr. 5) on the establishment of minimum requirements for day care services (Island Ordinance on Day Care for Children), namely Article 2, calls for the installation of a Quality Committee;

DECISION:

To install a Quality Committee for the Laura Linzey Day Care Center (LLDCC);

Article 1 Period

The Quality Committee is appointed for a period of three years, starting as of May 4, 2012.

Article 2 Tasks

The tasks of the committee are, amongst others, the following:

a.
To meet at least six times a year on the quality of day care, as specified in ordinance AB 2004, nr. 5, on Saba with the Director of the LLDCC;
b.
To support the Director of the LLDCC in executing the yearly Action Plan;
c.
To set up a policy for day care;
d.
To report to the Executive Council on a yearly basis on her findings;

Article 3 Committee Appointees

The following persons have been appointed as members of the Quality Committee to fulfill specific roles of the committee:
